2012 St. Helena Sauvignon Blanc $28

Made from 100% Sauvignon Musque, this Sauvginon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the soft fruits of the Musque clone.

This delicate wine shows beautiful lemon meringue pie and white peach on the nose which leads into a rich lemony, tropical fruit palate.  This wine will pair great with fresh shellfish and spicy foods.
